Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Breach desktop application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Breach.

2. License

Breach grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application on devices you own or control, for your own job search. You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the software.

3. Subscription and Billing

Breach Pro is billed at $99 per month. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with at least 30 days notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information Breach submits on your behalf and for complying with the terms of the platforms and employers you interact with. You may not use Breach to misrepresent your identity or qualifications.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Breach is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breach is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using Breach at any time; sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
